3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Features, limitations, and pricing for each tier are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes that affect your subscription.

3.2 Billing and Payment

When you subscribe to a paid tier (Basic or Pro), you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You must promptly update your payment information if it changes or expires.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period(monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for your tier. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. By continuing your subscription after a price increase, you agree to pay the new price.

3.4 Refund Policy

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods (except within the 7-day refund window)

3.6 Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current tier features until then.

3.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier after a grace period. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
